The Centreville market is divided into 2 distinctive markets 20121 located North of Lee Highway and 20120 which is South of Lee Highway.

In line with Northern Virginia and Fairfax County, the Centreville market is experiencing the lowest inventory in 5 years and sales are reaching the number of active listings creating Sellers’ market with average days on the market below 30.

In October 2007 in Fairfax County, there were 7,560 active properties on the market and 845 sales.  By comparison, in September 2012, there were 2,598 active listings and 1007 sales.
