The average sold price for homes in Burke has increased by $33,000, just since January. While units sold are down, prices continue to rise and days on market are down to about a month.
It’s becoming a seller’s market again, folks. nventory is dwindling as less people are selling, increasing the demand for those homes that do come on the market.
